What is needed to become a certified Pharmacy Technician in Florida?
Bluemoon asked:
I’m taking the Pharmacy Technician course from a distance-learning school in Pennsylvania, and yes, I’ve checked it, it is accredited. I live in central Florida. I am enjoying studying the books at home on my own. I was already looking into the work possibilities after I graduate. Do I have to take the State Board Exam to work anywhere? I’ve heard it’s voluntary, but people say with the certification you get better pay. Also, I was wondering what the salary range would be. Serious, honest answers are appreciated here.
